Warranty

In addition to the general return policy, Bright Inside Bags also warrants that the Bright Inside integrated system for lighting and charging of your new Bright Inside Bag will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for three (3) month from your original purchase date. For clarity, this just applies to the Bright Inside integrated system for lighting and charging of the handbag, and not to the materials the handbag is made of.

This warranty includes the following defects:

  1. The LED light system doesn’t turn on/off
  2. The handbag isn’t charging when plugged in

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the Bright Inside integrated system for lighting and charging, including cracks or scratches on the casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the Bright Inside integrated system for lighting and charging, or any other cause beyond the range of the intended use; (3) damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards, acts of God or third parties; (4) damage caused by the failure to follow maintenance instructions affixed to the handbag or otherwise provided by Bright Inside Bags.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES: Should a covered defect occur during the warranty period and you notify Bright Inside Bags, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Bright Inside Bags’ sole option and expense, to repair or replace the product. If we cannot reasonably repair or replace the product then we may, in our sole discretion, refund the purchase price paid for the product. Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished or comparable versions of the defective item. Repaired or replaced products will only be warranted for the remainder of what would have otherwise been the original warranty term. The returning delivery cost is paid by the customer.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE: To obtain warranty service for any handbag that is subject to the foregoing warranty, you must first contact us and briefly describe the issue. Qualified warranty service will be at Bright Inside Bags expense. Products must be shipped to Bright Inside Bags in a manner appropriate for safe shipment. Repaired or replacement handbags will be shipped to you at Bright Inside Bags expense. All damaged or defective products or parts that are returned to Bright Inside Bags become the property of Bright Inside Bags once you have received your replacement handbag.

OBTAINING NON-WARRANTY SERVICE: in case the defect occurred is not a subject to the foregoing warranty or the warranty period covering it is over, Bright Inside Bags can provide non-warranty service at additional charge – please contact us and briefly describe the issue.

DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER BRIGHT INSIDE BAGS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF BRIGHT INSIDE BAGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BRIGHT INSIDE BAGS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT BRIGHT INSIDE BAGS‘S SOLE OPTION.
